This article is saying how it is good to add anyone that is not insured on your car. They will be better off getting pulled over with their name on the proof of insurance than with their name no where to be seen on it. They have to drive your car a lot to put their name on the insurance. It wont increase the amount in some cases, but it is better to be safe than sorry.
