This article is about teen drivers and what happens to them after a violation. They were saying that if a teen gets in a crash with other passengers that they shouldn't have yet, the insurance coverage will still be in place for the accident even thought the teen broke the law. Also, if a teen is caught driving other people around when they aren't aloud to yet, the insurance companies will look at that the same way as a driver who blows through a stop sign and crashes.
