A 13 year old entrepreneur has an idea that is being looked at by a man by the name of Mark Hagar. Her idea is one in the kitchen; to bake cupcakes inside of ice cream cones. There is a stand that was developed to hold the ice cream cones straight up in the oven, so that they would not fall over, and the cup cakes would bake evenly. After her idea was ignited after a baking event at her local middle school, Annabel and her father sought out financial aid from Mark Hagar. So far they have raised $400 out of $2500 needed.
