Rejection Is a Process

This is about a women who is giving some of her knowledge out to the younger generations. Her main thing is that rejection is a process and it doesn't always turn out bad. She said, "Rejection is a process. You apply, get rejected, improve the application, and reapply elsewhere or differently." She is trying to encourage people and not make them feel like it is the end of the world if the get rejected. She also said that "Rejection isn't a bad thing or something to be afraid of. It is part of life, something everyone, no matter how successful or talented has gone through." She was really encouraging.
