1. I would watch out for warning signs and report any signs of discrimination as long as I can provide reasonable proof.
2.The rights include: not being denied credit you qualify, not being discouraged from credit, and not being given less favorable terms than that of someone similar in how you qualify. You also cannot be denied because of race, gender, age, martial status, etc.
3. I probably will ask a parent to co-sign because I feel like it is a good way to ease into the financial realm of the real world. It would also help me become accountable for my financial well being.
