People are looking for more of what will be useful to them when buying a home. They aren't looking for as much for the things they want like pools, grand entryways, and balconies. They are looking for things like storage, linen closets, and kitchen pantries. Also, if it's close to where they work so they can cut down on their gas usage because gas prices are so high. Home buyers are also trying to be more green when it comes to looking for their new home. People are looking for what they need and not what they want to have.
