1. It is hard to spot credit discrimination but there are some warning signs. Such as, you are treated diffrently on the phone and in person, the plan sounds to good to be true, and you are discoarged for apllying for credit. Some ways you can protect yourslef are, doing your research, knowing your credit score and staying in control.

2. The information is supposed to be cofidential. So the information is not supposed to be given out. The company cannot use the information you give them against you.

3. Yes I will ask a parent or friend to Co-sign with me. I will make sure their credit score is good however. I would sign mostly because I will be just starting out and if I get behind on payments than I will have something to fall back on. I would only Co-sign if I had to though.
