CFPB

1) What would you do if you are a victim of credit discrimination?
Contact the company's head man and report that their company has discriminated you from applying for credit.

2)What are your new rights under consumer credit laws?
Have credit under your birth name, if your married, your first name and spouses last name, and your first name and combined last name. Get credit without a co-signer if you meet the creditors standards.

3) Will you ask a parent of friend to co-sign a loan with you?
I will probably eventually ask my parents if they would co-sign a loan for me in the near future. Probably for a car, or something like that. I know my parents have good credit history and a good credit score. But if I had a good credit score, then I most likely wouldn't ask them to co-sign.
