This article is about young adults and college students who don't have credit cards because they don't want to be in debt. I could see their fear, getting a credit card is a big responsibility and if you start to use more and more of it each month, you will have more to pay back. One college student said she doesn't want to pay for her money, which is understandable. Another did use a credit card but had a small balance on it so she wouldn't over spend. Everyone is encouraging these young people because the credit they get is great when buying a home or a car and that is necessary for our economy.
