He gets 7 years for running a sophisticated scheme to defraud Navy Federal Credit Union out of $1.5 million. The 7 years is actually less than what the federally recommended guidelines are. They were 8-10 years. His attourney was asking for 3 while the other people were asking for 9. The money was neted through bogus car loans and he was forced to pay it off.
