John Challenger, CEO of Challenger, Gray, and Christmas INC says that right now is the time for teens to applying for jobs. Companies are doing better and therefore have more room to hire teens. He estimates that 1.2 million teens will get jobs this summer. But, he urges that you not wait, because most companies are looking to finish up their hiring by memorial day.
