A pre paid debit card is a risky thing and fans are following Bieber fever everywhere. They are going to want to have one. That's not the answer financially to have a pre paid debit card. Giving kids the responsibility on how to work with there money is a good goal but not the right thing to do when you're financially in trouble. What the kids are spending money for really helps the parents with knowing what their actions are. They would charge you for certain things such as not using your debit card within 90 days. Pre paid debit card is not a smart thing because they cost a lot of money and are a big responsibility for a kid.
