This article is about a mother who has a 19-yr old disabled son named Troy. He has epilepsy and can go through hundreds of adult diapers a month. The Article is mostly about how now that he is over 18 he is not eligible for Child Disabilities Services (CDS). Province also cut funding for Troy's diaper wipes which worries Troy's mother is worried about the end of the funding for the wipes and concerned for the social issues when she has to change Troy in public if she does as the province suggests and uses wash clothes instead.
