There was a limited amount of time (90 days) this person could use all the 450 minutes he purchased for his phone. He wasn't aware of the time limit and wanted to get a refund, but couldn't. The company TracFone wasn't giving him the money back instead, wanting to take more by extending the deadline to use the minutes. This does not look good for TracFones reputation.
