Teens are now waiting to get a license longer than before. Teens are not needing a license as much because of all of the social media. It has made it so you can talk to people with out having to go to them. But fatal crashes are higher in 18 year olds now since the rate of 16 year olds getting a license has gone down. They are also giving new drivers at 18 a unrestricted license causing more damage cause they are new drivers.
