A 13 year old boy kills his father and is being tried in juvenile court, rather than being tried as an adult. The boy says that the guy went off accidentally.
In Seattle, one school district is asking for a waiver so that they don't have to make up two school days...this could potentially cost them about $500,000 in food and transportation.
