Homeless Teen Science Whiz Invited to State of Union

Despite homelessness and finacial lows, Samantha Garvey has been selected as on of the 300 semifinalists in the Intel science contest. This selection has caught the attention of Long Island Congrassman Steve Isreal, who has invited her as his personal guest to view the State of the Union address by President Obama.
