Teens these days say that they can wait to drive. It isnt much of a priority anymore with all the internet things like facebook, xbox, ps3, ect. the need for a lisence to get in touch with friends have became less important. Some teens just dont have the time to go and learn how to drive or to take the time to go and get their license with school, jobs and extra curicular activities.
