A thief in Columbus, Ohio has taken a woman's wallet and racked up $2,000 worth of spending at a gas station, Kohls, and even Target. A $2,000 reward is being offered to whoever turns in the thief. It seems she signed the back of her card, or nobody even looked at it before making charges to the card.
