Charges arise from teen drinking party

In North Hampton, teens were busted on Feb. 25 for underage drinking at a house party. 23 young people ages 16-19 were rounded up. Teens fled into the woods, hiding in water near by and even becoming hypothermic. They were all released into parental custody, but charges are fixing to be brought up.
