$195,334.75. Zillow has a Z-estimate of $219,600.00. It is out near Owl Canyon and just west of I25, and has a little bit of land with it, almost 2 and a half acres. For what I want to do, this piece of property would be perfect. Neighbors aren't too close, but are still there. If I was wanting to settle down, this would be the perfect family house with 3 beds and 2 baths. I could also have the amount of stock that I wanted and would be near my vet. The commute would not be too bad, but a job in Wellington would be preffered. A small town is where I want to be, and Wellington is a great place to be.
