I found this house at 6809 Brittany Dr, Fort Collins, CO 80525 offered at opening bid price of $134,000. Zillow has a Z-estimate of $175,000 and it is a very nice neighborhood on Ft Collin's SE Side of town. I think this would be a great opportunity if I was close to graduating college and planned to stay in the area or if I could attend CSU/FRCC and rent out to my friends- With 2 renters each paying $400 ea, I could exceed the mortgage payment of $592 and would become "Cash positive" - dd
