Four-day School Week: Could it increase teen pregnancy?
In Georgia, they have adopted a budget solution -- four-day school weeks. I think that this would be a huge plus in Colorado, but according to officials, the extra day of doing nothing gives teens more time for whoopee. UH-OH.
