In Florida, a new bill is being proposed that would allow convicts that were convicted to a life sentence when they were under the age of 15 to be re-reviewed after 15 years in prison. As long as the commited crime was not a homicide, the canidite will be reviewed, and if the judge approves, they will be released on probation. It is proposed in part to try and cut some of the budget that is spent on keeping prisoners in prison.
