Greek debt deal limbo slams global financial markets a day after apparent breakthrough

World financial markets took a large hit today as the apparent breakthroughs in the Greek debt crisis from yesterday were halted by several European countries demanding that Greece cut $400 million more from its budget. They demanded this change be made before creditors could approve a $117 billion bailout for the embattled European country.
