A Saudi Arabian exchange student was arrested at an airport in Portland for causing a ruckus on-flight. When he was told to stop smoking an electronic cigarette, he refused and then started to sing about Bin Laden and his hatred for women.
The teenager is said to be schizophrenic, and hadn't taken his medications for at least two weeks. He was en route to see his sick mother.
